Hot spot was a nice little break from the typical Korean bbq – a Korean hot pot idea that follows the recent hot pot trend all around this area. Good looking cuts of meat, plenty of extra toppings, and kitchen-cooked dishes like fried rice and stir fry.
Since I was covering takeout part of things, the hot pots above are the to-go versions.
