    This was a nice Tex-Mex shoot not too far from home base for a change, and the spread did not disappoint one bit! Proper Mexican dishes, pupusas, and a shrimp cocktail served in a margarita glass that I don’t see too often!

    El Puente de Oro is an excellent Mexican restaurant in Hyattsville, right off of University Boulevard. Great selection of authentic dishes and plenty of space to enjoy them in. Definitely recommend checking this place out! Latin spots are my faves as the last shoot of the day because happy hours are always where it’s at…

    El Tapatio is a nice Mexican restaurant and bar with authentic and hearty dishes. Never really a miss shooting Latin spots besides the occasional not wanting to waste food, but ironically enough these places understand this far better than American restaurants.
