Rarely do we get to see a proper, extended setup for food trucks in most metropolitan areas, and it was nice to see Las Mexican Gorditas tuck themselves just far enough from all the hustle and bustle to be able to set up comfortably and dish out their awesome street eats!
Friendly owners, your typical grandma banter, and even some lawn chairs for the few who want to “dine in” – close enough to a street market vibe that you can really squeeze of of a setup like they have. Definitely a spot to stop by if you’re skirting through Arlington and want to avoid the parking chaos of downtown.
