Don Pollo was one of the first Peruvian chicken spots my family stumbled upon years back and absolutely loved to this day. Every one of their locations is consistent with the same great food and atmosphere, and some offer more goodies like ceviche I grew to love after several times having it over my professional career from various places.
Premise here is as simple as it gets really – quarter, half, or whole chicken, with your choice of dark or white meat and certain number of sides per the size of the chicken. Sides alone are worth it too!
And then there are the rest of dishes if you’re not necessarily feeling like birding,
Add some cerveza and any meal can be complete with those cold and bitter bubbles!
I absolutely recommend checking out any of the Don Pollo’s locations if you’re in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area of the DMV.
