I think we all know Hip-Hop Fish and Chicken by now, and I knew them well before getting to shoot one – there is something to powdered sugar on your hearty portions of fried chicken. Over the years I shot about 3 locations and of all the franchises, these guys keep their quality consistent across most stores from my observation.
