    CarterQue BBQ was a very fun and prompt shoot some years ago in a very cozy spot out of the hustle and bustle of Germantown, Maryland. Staff were all fantastic and the food was fully proper and I absolutely recommend stopping by there if you’re passing by that little nook of the area!

    Sully’s Pour House was definitely a memorable shoot because this was the first time I’ve seen Irish and Latin cuisine intertwine properly without taking too many American detours typical for a bar menu. And one of the very few times I was presented some Xangos as a dessert over typical churros or tres leches.

    Union Street Pub was a solid shoot in a very spacious and classic pub right across from Potomac River in Alexandria downtown. Solid looking dishes, especially the Cornish Hen that I honestly never really seen anywhere before. And the shrimp and crawfish roll? Yes please!
