Little China Cafe, Palisades, Washington DCRight across from the Georgetown Reservoir, sits a little restaurant strip right on MacArthur Boulevard that includes Little China Cafe, Momo’s Cafe, and Lupo Verde Osteria along with a couple more I have yet to hopefully shoot. Little China Cafe was an old, old shoot of mine and went very well just like the other…

Professionalism I Haven’t Seen In a While – China Sea, Frederick MDBoy have I heard, “oops, we forgot, and don’t have proper plates…,” number of times before, and I even had one random fried chicken place bail on the shoot because no one notified them that nice plates are WELL above my corpo pay grade, hahaha. Release the Craycken, Annandale VA – storyNow Craycken was one helluva gig because it wrapped up a long ongoing story of corpo slop I’ve dealt with all summer that year. Times like these are uplifting compared to quite the number of places that don’t…

Moh Moh Licious, Washington DCMoh Moh Licious is a Nepalese quick bite shop alongside a pretty good coffee and drink shop. Food is really good and drinks are even better! If you’ve never tried MO: MO:’s, I highly recommend checking this place out! Quick and easy shoot and I always like seeing variations of Indian cuisine around town.

NaiNai’s Noodle & Dumpling Bar, Silver Spring MDNaiNai’s Noodle & Dumpling Bar is a real treasure of Silver Spring, MD, with very fresh atmosphere and great fare of Chinese and Taiwanese street dishes and small bites. We all love our grandma’s cooking, and this is half of the theme of NaiNai’s, which means grandma in Chinese, and a thumbtack wall for you…

Dragon City Restaurant, Silver Spring MDDragon City is definitely one of the better Chinese takeout/small dine-in restaurants downtown Silver Spring. Items are simple, but very good especially for the prices! Highly recommend this if you are in the mood for some quick American Chinese food. Besides potentially abysmal Silver Spring parking, this shoot I lucked out with like 2 restaurant…
