Dal Grano was a nice shoot because it’s fairly rare to find an Italian place that not only doubles as a bakery, but makes all sorts of fresh pasta and sells it as a store as well as preps it into wonderful dishes. Small yet modern setup that doesn’t lose its coziness to boot!
