La Jolie Bleue was a very cute Mediterranean bakery outside of the mental center of Georgetown and had lovely owners as well as dishes. Sad to see this one go, but it is an extremely competitive froufrou of an area and places like this generally tend to struggle to survive without aggressive marketing.

Toscana Market, Washington DC
Toscana Market was a lovely shoot in a fusion of an Italian market, bakery, and kitchen where they also hold cooking lessons from time to time! It’s pretty rare to see a space being diversely utilized and I really like finding these kinds of spots.
