Rus Uz is another local rarity of a full blown Russian and Uzbek restaurant, and the team of Alexandria location was eager to get more pro work done despite already having every inch of their menu shot for their own website. Times like these are uplifting compared to quite the number of places that don’t seem to care one way or another. And the food here was top-notch just like all the staff running the show.
