Red’s Table has fantastic, friendly, and attentive staff from the managers to their kitchen and simple, almost rustic dishes that I got to see at least. Decor is clean and modern with a huge lake view patio to enjoy during nice weather. The gig itself was a communication mess that I finessed to make everyone’s life easier, and set off into the horrendous traffic afterwards.
Lack of communication definitely grinds my gears, and it happens way too often as of late, but what can you do? Refuse to take some jobs? Have done that. Squirm on the spot and try to make magic happen? That can fail like it ultimately did here. I’m getting tired of the corpo rat race, dear readers, and would much rather bring you the juicy bits without realistic negative sides to this business. That is the ultimate goal here and I cannot do that without you!
