Patty Party & Xaymaca, food trucks, Leesburg VA – Best Patties and Ribs

Duo food trucks offering mostly the same good set of Caribbean food, and unlike 99% of typical Carib and Jamaican places and caterers – these guys do some serious meat patties! Huge patties with shredded beef instead of typical ground wrapped in a smooth crust rather than flaky one with curry powder. Initial shoot for Xaymaca went smoothly after I discovered a whole new world to Chef Scape space I only knew as the right hand side where pop-ups usually reside and the bar. My returning there for Pattie Party was pretty funny because dishes dried up around sixteen plates while I needed well over forty, so we had to get reaaaaally creative there and managed so.
