Palette Dome Cuisine is a DC catering and personal chef service that dishes out a modern and healthy twist on the Mediterranean cuisine. Run via a common kitchen like quite a few catering-only businesses I covered, this shoot was nice and easy since where time is money – owners themselves present the food that’s already been prepped and plating it isn’t rocket science.
