Le Chat Noir was a very cool shoot early in my career as I really haven’t been to any proper Fresh spots at that point, and some of the dishes were very interesting. A cell shot I put up on my old instagram of the shrimp brise actually got seen and inquired about from the official Michelin Guide account to boot!
