KOF cafe was one of the more surprising shoots out of my early days through Bowie, MD, for the garnished snail alone. Whoever is familiar with French escargots has probably never seen snails the size of a green pepper half, and apparently those are a thing in African cuisine! Then there was the usual jolloff rice I adore and chicken and beef suyas.
