Kibby’s Restaurant was a real gem of a discovery right across from Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital off of Route 1 in southern Baltimore. It had 2 halves to the entire establishment – one with a large “U” shaped bar and a few tables, and the other half featuring typical restaurant tables. Given the extremely moody lighting, staff and I propped their front door open and dragged a table closer to that crack to get some solid images!
Local Baltimore vibes, dirt-cheap drinks, and decent food had me make pit stops here well after the original shoot. Unfortunately this place ended up shutting down and that saddens me because relaxing spots are really dime a dozen in almost any area.
