Remember, readers, that it’s never a nag when I say I didn’t get to try the food because rule number 1 is to never ask, but also never refuse when offered the props from the shoot. How I can say that these plates absolutely check out is the fact that I’ve shot this local restaurant group’s other locations and overall the food was always on point! I even got to do Theismann’s as well as the rest of their locations for a kitchen repair serial number collection gig I entertained some years back and that was a very interesting experience that gives you a peek into prep hours and all of the nitty-gritties of the restaurants you have to cover, and this place was a clockwork!
