Hana Maleda was a spot I passed by many, many times before finally being summoned to shoot there and it was a very nice experience with the owner welcoming me and appreciating the good work. This was also the first place I’ve been to that either wanted to showcase lentils much more than the rest, or perhaps the other Ethiopian places in the area just didn’t focus on lentils nearly as much.
