Granville Moore’s was actually one of my last shoots before the hard break for 2020-0 pandemic closures and I discussed the situation with the bartender while waiting on the chef to whip up the awesome dishes, to which he reassured me that he would be just fine to hold out a couple of months of sitting still. And honestly, bartenders make heaps of money in any decently sized town or city, and naturally being good and getting your foot into the right door is key in the service and media industry. Some kids spend hours at clubs for $100, some spend a few minutes to make 4 times that with some head shots.
