Fryers was a nice and quick shoot at a great looking, local fried chicken spot with a pretty roomy outdoor seating albeit not much inside but the order counter. All the chicken looked fantastic and smelled great, but that’s as far as I got to tell.
As always – I never ask for samples, so quite a few gigs leave me with nothing to really say about the food itself, but at the same time I usually get to see how the place is run and how that food is made. Smooth oiled machines most of the time make food that tastes the part, and this place was very-well run.
Looking at the overall reviews, I would definitely leave some of my coin here next time I pass by just to finally confirm that the taste is as good as the looks – and believe me, I’ve developed a pretty good eye for this. There are subtleties in even simple presentation and poor examples become very easy to spot after seeing a plethora of both.
