Right there downtown Baltimore lies Penn Restaurant and Carryout with its amazing selection of dishes and fresh, lump meat crab cakes. Owners are amazing people running their family restaurant and this place is absolutely worth a visit! Highly recommended! Parking is a real pickle however.
