DC Steakholders was a neat diner-styled spot in Falls Church I’ve shot several times for their several shadow kitchen ideas until eventually I worked directly with them since they understood the value of good imagery for their absolutely solid food! One of the few cheesesteaks I’ve seen and had around DMV area that wasn’t a sloppy and drippy mess.
