Caribbean Citations is a nice Caribbean takeout or dine-in that gives you discounts if you show them your parking tickets. DC loves to screw you on parking, so at least Citations can brighten up your day when that happens. Ox Tail and beef patties have never tasted so satisfying. Highly recommend either of their locations!
Now as far as shoot went, well, let’s just say I got send to their secondary spot and it had its moments, but overall went nice and smoothly.
