Yum Yum Hibachi is a brand new spot in a semi-odd-and-end area of the already odd-and-end Ashburn, but that is definitely to their advantage of having businesses to feed without the usual packed competition of all the strip malls around. Owners are very upbeat and enthusiastic, listening to their customers and serving them very well. Chefs were focused on the craft and pumping out plate after plate for me and then the beginning of the lunch rush.
Everything looked like a well-oiled machine. Plates are simple and visually appealing just like this salmon bowl like I’ve never seen presented before and perfect-looking, Japanese-style friend chicken –

Skin-on slab of tasty fishy isn’t something you see at a takeout hibachi-styled spot you’d typically find at a mall found court, so Yum Yum stands out from the common lot of similar offerings for sure.

To have a tofu and a vegetable over rice bowl look this good takes love. If I can see it, you can see it too.
Side orders and appetizers are on-deck as well here,

While I was taking my plinks, one of the owners was beefing up their social media and munching away like the rest of the staff once the plates made their rounds through her. Proper spirit of team work and not wasting the food!
