Ari’s, Puerta Verde, and Via Ghibellina were 3 restaurants located literally on 2 corners of the same block of Fenwick street, right down the road from Union Kitchen Food Accelerator (communal kitchen space) and part of the same restaurant group that I got to cover in the same day – and that kind of cash cow day is an excellent day in my book!
Shoots started off with Ari’s and it was a very nicely setup American diner with lots of expected dishes for such, and even plated on classic looking green ringed plates. Every dish fitting on the same exact plate – you have to love this consistency! Food was good, chefs were amazing, and it honestly surprises me that this place eventually shut down…
